Eliza's Bat Mitzvah was in two locations. We included pages for her hometown Shabbat and Bat Mitzvah and hidden pages that were accessible via emails for her celebration in Peru.
The Peru site included travel itinerary and many important details, colorful pictures, and Peruvian historical sites.

I also designed and managed the MailChimp email blasts.
Below you'll find some of the custom sites I've created for my clients. I quote each site after a call where we talk about the site elements. These calls usually take about 45 minutes.

Sofia's website included music on the home page (Will Smith's Welcome to Miami) which set the tone for a very upbeat and fun site. She had a video invitation which was also placed on a page to support the "Miami Chic" attire request.
We incorporated some pictures from her photo shoot and she wrote some content about the inspiration for her theme, her mitzvah project, and special thank-you's to people who supported her in her journey to becoming a Bat Mitzvah.

We had the opportunity to plan out Eliana's Bat Mitzvah site before her photo shoot. This gave us the ability to take a picture of her against this blank gray wall and I put her logo on top of it - giving the look of her logo being drawn on the wall. Since her Bat Mitzvah took place during Covid, we provided links for livestreaming the service and guests used a message board to send their best wishes. We also uploaded her D’var Torah after the big day.

Since some of her guests had never been to a Bat Mitzvah, we created a page that explained the ceremony and what to expect in the synagogue.

Eli is an avid scuba diver and loves all water sports. His home page was a video that made it look like you were under water and included music - the theme from JAWS! His party favors required his parents to know guest sizes ahead of time so we asked for that information with the RSVP.

Allison's website was very traditional but included a more complicated RSVP. Since she was having her party at an athletic facility it required the guests to sign a waiver. We delivered this .pdf in the RSVP area and guests emailed them back. She also had multiple events that required hidden pages (Shabbat dinner and Sunday brunch) so it was easy to invite just the family and out of town guests.

Sam's family are avid Florida Gators fans and we incorporated lots of photos of him growing up at games and wearing his Gator gear. We had about 40 pictures of him and his family in a wonderful photo gallery.

He was also very passionate about his Mitzvah Project and we set up a Paypal for donations and also a porch drop off.

Cobin's Bar Mitzvah events were located in three separate areas which required providing a lot of logistical information to guests. In addition, we incorporated hidden pages to provide information for a family event.

Megan's Bat Mitzvah party took place in an elegant barn in Texas. I found a beautiful video of the night sky with shooting stars to set the stage for the theme. The invitations were all electronic with email and the website providing all the information guests needed.

Aaron's family elected to write a message to their guests explaining what to expect on the big day. Since Aaron is also a rock-climber, they provided a video montage of him that we posted so everyone could see him in action.

Nissa is a sailor and this home page included a video of moving water behind her logo. We provided guests information about the ceremony, the readings, honors and loving memories, and even audio Torah Blessings! Since this was during Covid, her party was online and streamed from the site with a virtual party DJ with games, music and prizes.

Jordan had 3 different events his family needed RSVP's to. One custom RSVP form took care of asking all the questions that needed to be answered. Additionally we created a photo montage of lots of pictures of Jordan as he was growing up.

Samantha celebrated her Bat Mitzvah during Covid so we live-streamed her service on the website. Her synagogue was able to provide a recording afterwards and we put that on the site as well. I also posted her montage so everyone could enjoy it multiple times! We incorporated a Message Board so her guests could send her best wishes.

Ella's Bat Mitzvah was during Covid and we did as much as we could online. Her service was livestreamed and we included her montage and a message board for well wishes.
